When do I drop my animals off?You will be notified via email or phone when the drop off time is.

I have an emergency, what do I do?Unfortunately, there is little we can do to help in most emergencies. By law animals must be able to walk off the trailer into our holding facilities. If an animal needs to be euthanized call your local vet.

How do I pay my booking fee?The preferred method is to send an e-transfer. Cash and cheque will also accepted, however your animal will not be booked in until the fee is paid.

How much does it cost?Updated fees are available on our website and through direct communication with our office.

Is there a booking fee?Yes, a non-refundable fee of 25% will be required to book a spot.

Do I have to pay invoices online?No. When paying invoices; e-transfer, cheque or cash are all accepted.

When do I pick up my processed poultry ?Poultry gets picked up on the day they are processed our office will contact you for the best time to pick up.

Do you piece out poultry?No, our licencing does not allow for this.
